Okay, so Marvelous Europe is holding quite a great selection of discounted games, and seeing how Shinovi Versus was in there, too, I've been thinking of making the leap and actually buying the game, despite my dislike of the fanservice-y content brought up to the freaking eleven. Because I honestly like the graphical style, and the gameplay bits I've seen look actually fun, too.
But I'm still not sure, so can any of you compare some of the elements in Shinovi Versus and, let's say, Neptunia U? The overall performance, gameplay elements, the amount of content, all that stuff? Are there some thing in either game that make it a better choice than the other one?

Muramasa looks and sounds beautiful, has extremely fun boss fights, and very fast paced combat. The trek between story segments and bosses is very repetitive though, as with all Vanillaware games, but it's still fun and satisfying to play. Play on hard mode, because normal is way too easy and not that fun. Also, if you can get all of the DLC. Seriously, they're even better than the base game if you can believe that, but don't play them until after you complete the story. And, that's all I have to say.

I dunno, I never liked the OLED version much. Not sure if its just my eyes but the contrast looks odd, like everythings too dark. The LCDs clearer to me, even if I put them right next to each other. Plus the 2000 feels much nicer to hold to me. Tempted to go for the white version, not having the glossy front plate would be nice and I doubt I'll miss the lime back too much.

I just got through 30 item world levels on one of my legendary staffs, got all the specialists and now equipped the staff for the mage I'm trying to level up. And that stuff took like an hour. I bought 2000 when Danganronpa 2 came out, and I just love it. Of course OLED was awesome, but I'm perfectly fine with LCD, especially since I can get lighter weight, comfier hold and longer battery life with it. When I once tried my old 1000 again, it felt suprisingly bulky and awkward after playing with 2000 for so long. Of course 1000 was still awesome, but 2000 is definitely the better choice if you can just get past the OLED omission.
