Constructed zoo decks are far more efficient at what they do, and constructed is a little less about board control in a lot of cases. A board clear is a wasted deck slot against freeze mage. In arena that's not the case.
If someone had this deck in arena, replacing any one card with a consecrate I honestly believe its winrate would improve dramatically.

This card is a bad joke that never stops getting told. It's actually a bigger problem that Challenger or Boom in the cancer Paladin deck. Hell, it might be the most overpowered single card in the entire game.

divine favor is actually pretty terrible nowadays desu. maybe it's because i play on NA but honestly most decks i run into can empty their hand pretty easily, making it a pretty dead card most of the time.
i've started running a bit slower of an eboladin with uldamans and shredders instead, and actually started running jeweled scarabs as well. really nice card, you can still get divine favor in the matches you want it off of the scarab but you can also get other really useful shit like BGH, muster, scarlet purifier, seal of champions, etc from it as well. lots of really great 3 drops to choose from for any given situation.

The problem with control decks up until now was that if you tried to always beat aggro you couldn't beat slower decks.
Elise fixes that. You can tailor your deck completely to lock out aggro and in control matchups you'll just use Elise to turn all your useless antiaggro cards into value cards.
Control/fatigue warrior with lower curve + Elise will be the best deck.

Elise is fine for a 4 drop, 3/5 are alright stats. But that's it. That's where being fine ends for her. Shuffling a card into your deck that then shuffles another card into your deck is so situational that even a mill deck would have trouble getting the entire effect chain to go off and then they're forced with asking the question "wait, do I even want to destroy the cards in my deck and replace them with potentially horrible legendaries?".
Decks are so carefully optimized that the 'legendary' tag means fuck all. Turning that healbot for example into a ragnaros sounds cool in theory, but that healbot going off is often the difference between win or lose. Apply that same anecdote to every other card in the game. 9/10 matches are often won at the mulligan or in desperation to top-deck the perfect card. That key game changing card being lost forever? Paints the picture for itself. You don't want to lose out on key combo pieces, you often don't even want minions even if they are legendary.

You know I don't mind RNG when it's sporadic.
But sometimes I feel like I go on these long sprees that last days where RNG won't give me a break.
So I take a little rest from ranked to play arena (I know the stupidity of going into a largely RNG dominated format to get away from RNG), craft a reasonable deck, and then it just haunts me there. Like if my opponent has an empty hand and I have three cards, if he doesn't pull something that is god tier then I can stabilize. But nope. He shreks me and I end up going 2-3.
I know I'm just garbo at this game but fuck, it would be nice to not get completely creamed once in awhile.

I'm actually considering cutting it. While the nerubians help out a lot if they do come out, there's the problem of discarding them if your opponent happens to draw one when they have a full hand, which basically gives them a card. You rarely lose to missing a lethal by a card or two, since you generally lose way before you can mill their cards or you just simply win, so I'm not entirely sure about cutting it yet.
I haven't thought about Finley at all. Considering I run 2x deadly poison and a blade flurry in the deck, those cards would become unusable with a different hero power, which is kind of a problem. I don't think I even want a different hero power.
Jeweled Scarab on the other hand is just bad. Mill rogue doesn't need random minions on the board. I'd much rather play a novice engineer to get the combo cards I actually need than a scarab to get a random 3 drop.
