Well like they said, your robot-wife quest. There's another deep-sea quest called 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea that isn't in, but has a unique animated image, with Vault Boy in a submarine/some sort of diving thing looking out at mutant fish. There's a cut first-person mesh for the chinese assault rifle, a harpoon gun, etc.
Haven't really dug too much though. They have a lot of semi-unique train assets at least.

I actually enjoyed inquisition, 2 was the shit dragon age.
And ME3 was the one that butchered everything, 2 was pretty good if "streamlined".
The others I haven't touched in a payed capacity at least.
For me FO4 was the last straw of Bethesda's incompetence. I enjoyed Skyrim enough with mods and gave them a pass on the marketing disaster that was ESO, though I didn't play it. FO4 is just so amateurish even compared to skyrim it's sad. Either it was developed by their C team or it was a case of every department not communicating during development, in which case they're being mismanaged as fuck.

The institute was cornering the railroad's operations, and the railroad finally had a direct line inside the institute. It was do or die to get synths out. Patriot had been a great asset, but if he learned that the railroad was upscaling the escape effort (which would lead to bloodshed) he might have ratted them out. Honestly, cutting him out of the loop was probably the nicer move.

All of these can be done with Notepad if you know what to look for. I don't even meet the minimum system requirements but by doing this and installing the Optimized Textures Pack that you can get on the Nexus I get 30-60 FPS just about everywhere. Really Bethesda put too much emphasis on graphical fidelity, but it's real easy to fix.

Install the Texture Optimization Project, then download Ordinator from the Skyrim part of the Nexus and optimize the textures further. They're more than likely 1K but you can probably resize the mipmaps or somethiing, or if you're on a real toaster drop them down to 512 and get even more FPS. Also try lowering your resolution and maybe the Mesh, Shadow, Light and Specular LoDs. Cutting each in half gives maybe 5-15 FPS, depending on the amount of clutter in any one location. Furthermore turn on Multithreading if you haven't already and maybe force VSync and Triple Buffering on your video card. Finally, lower the shadow texture quality to 1K, or 512 if you're really struggling.

There's no option to ask Shaun about what his long-term vision for the institute is, or talk to the division heads about what they want. You can't even ask anyone about the synth they sent to kill everyone at that meeting of commonwealth factions. It sounds like a pretty fucking major event, but outside of your dialogue with Valentine, it's never mentioned.
Also, they really dropped the ball when it comes to how your companions react to the factions you're helping. Deacon spills his guts to you and tells you that you're his only friend, but if you pursue the brotherhood ending he just becomes another target to kill. No dialogue, nothing. If Bethesda were going for >le ebin emotional cinematic moments, that would've been a prime opportunity right there.

I was going down to about 11 FPS in some places until I started tweaking everything. Now, I get 30-60 for the most part, except in really cluttered areas where it drops down to maybe 24. The thing with Fallout 4 though is there isn't any problems with input delay until the FPS drops below 20, like most Bethesda games as far back as Morrowind. The most important thing to do is of course lower the LoDs and the Cell Buffer. Just keep in mind that the Exterior Cell Buffer has to be set to the Interior Cell Buffer's squared version. So, if you have the Interior Cell Buffer set to 5 you then set Exterior Cells to 25. On a machine like mine that doesn't meet the minimum system requirements dropping it down to 3 and 9 respectively gives a pretty big boost to performance without any loss in graphical fidelity or immersion. Not sure what to do with uGrids but I think it works the same as in Skyrim so do what you need to do there and you should be fine.

Bethesda's main strengths are storytelling and creating engaging open world settings. They pretty much fail on everything else, especially when it comes to performance or the UI. I mean if you think the performance or the UI in Fallout 4 is bad at times then you should see The Elder Scrolls III Morrowind. At least in regards running it on computers from around it's time. I have a computer that exceeds the recommended for Morrowind I used to play it on that was from around the time Morrowind got released, and I couldn't even go above 20-30 FPS in most places, and that was without any graphical enhancements. Bethesda can't optimize for shit, but they can really make a decent world for people to explore.

Yeah, you should upgrade the T-45, at least to T-45C. Also maybe give it a coat of paint that ties into your faction, replace the headlamp with either the blue, red tactical or bright headlamp, install a VATS mod in the head and kinetic servos in the legs. If you use chems maybe put a blood cleanser mod in the torso. Otherwise put in the mod that reflects 50% of damage back at the attacker. Arms, well I don't bother upgrading those since I don't use melee weapons. and the arms only have Blacksmith-related mods. Back to the paint, the Minutemen coat is great for Charisma, and is completely free. Totally recommend it if you're an autist like me who goes everywhere in Power Armor.

No, but you're almost there. Choosing Minutemen or Brotherhood will lock you out of a Railroad ending (because the Railroad's endgame mostly consists of you playing along with Father until you ultrabetray him in the finale).
The actual point of no return for Brotherhood is when Lancer-Captain Kells sends you to genocide the Railroad - i.e. right before the Mass Fusion quest.

Each cannon has its own range circle. So if you place them close together like that, they're covering roughly the same area. I usually place two on alternate ends of my settlements for maximum coverage.

Not true, I'm almost 30, so Fallout 2 was like a better part of my youth. People have no idea how much awesome shit was in that game. It was a buggy hot mess, but it was a VERY HOT MESS.
Basically, after planning the areas and making outlines, the core planning team left. Thus individual devs were assigned areas working from their outlines. This gave individuals huge amounts of power to create what they wanted, so some of the stuff they made is fucking incredible.
The guy who did New Reno was actually nearing the point of taking it too far, 4 factions in the city, side-quests everywhere, a porn studio, a boxing arena (which you could rig by getting the metal filled boxing gloves), a weapons vendor who you could tell about your sexual exploits in Arroyo, like New Reno alone was jammed with content. You could nail a mother AND HER DAUGHTER. Add the Shi, the Hubologists, the NCR, Vault City, The Den, Klamath, that one ghoul town, Broken Hills-- there was so much awesome stuff.
Plus traveling with a full party of 5 people was awesome. And Myron's stupid cheesiness. The game even had you in a shotgun wedding if you had relations the farmers daughter.
The random encounters were priceless and the game went entirely off the rails in the best way possible. Old World Blues is a bit too concentrated zaniness, but imagine if the best parts of Old World Blues were just spread out in bits and pieces all over the map.
It was my favorite game of its time. I played it for hundreds of hours and I still feel like there's more there. Meanwhile, FO4 feels like it cribbed a bit too much from Skyrim with hundreds of locations but very little depth to each. I love the visual designs, re-conceptualization of power armor, and a lot of other things about Fallout 4, but its quest design is so lacking compared to FO2.

So at first I ran the game fine on launch day at 60 fps, went down to like 45 in concord. I fixed it by disabling godrays and putting shadow distance to medium, as well as putting down everything distance to lowest. Everything else on ultra. Urban Boston runs at like 30-45 fps, and I guess a lot of people have that problem. But now out of nowhere I'm getting a constant 45 fps everywhere, and 20 in Sanctuary. I don't have any mods, and I already scanned for malware. Overheating is not a problem, I get like 50 degrees on my cpu. No optimization mods help at all.
