Well, let's see.
4 is a wall jump, you can't get that distance with one rocket jump. Jump forward, then aim behind you to propel yourself off of the wall in midair.
On jump 6, do NOT hold W. This applies to all rocket jumping, actually - use A and D to move while you jump. Never, ever hold W, it kills your momentum.
For jump 6 you need to jump and slowly turn your mouse left while holding A. You don't need that much horizontal momentum. Airstrafing is the key to this jump, and all rocket jumps.
Don't rush it, take your time, and never give up.

I have an idea.
Let's add a new achievement-unlocked cosmetic into the game. New players love that shit, that's why the Gibus is so ubiquitous among new players.
How would you unlock it? A very basic jump map, I'm talking even easier than jump_beef. Show new players the absolute basics when it comes to movement in TF2. You would be locked into Soldier (Nothing wrong with sticky jumping, but there's a lot going on and you can't focus on airstrafing as much if you're a beginner) and you could unlock slightly more challenging courses by completing the previous ones, which would unlock new styles for your achievement cosmetic.
Why a jump map? Movement is one of the most important skills in TF2, and getting a good grip on it will make the game a lot easier to follow. Rocket jumping is one of those skills that translates to pretty much every other aspect of TF2. Every class benefits from knowing how to surf and airstrafe well. Put this jump map on the main menu and have the button flash a few times to catch your attention. Once you complete the beginner stage of the jump map, the button would go away.
Make the completion of this map one of the requirements for matchmaking.

You have to buy them, they don't get randomly dropped.

You get Killstreak kits and fabricators (used to make Specialized and Professional kits) from the two cities MvM tour, and some can be found in crates.
You pop it on your weapon, and it counts your killstreak. Specialized killstreaks have a coloured shine on them, and professional weapons have a shine and you get fancy eye effects while you're on a streak.
If you want a specific kit you shouldn't farm MvM or try to unbox it, buy it from the market or from traders.

In games like Dota, they discuss the draft on certain pros who have personalities that are interesting to the playerbase
when I hear "oh clockwerk's a fantastic scout" what does that even mean? He can aim well? He catches the enemy team with their pants down?
TF2 is a DM game with a bit of teamplay focus. It's hard to tell the difference between a plat scout and an invite scout, because all the spectator can see is the scout hitting his shots and not dying, or missing his shots and dying. With games like Dota or counterstrike, it's quite obvious what the other team did to win the game, where in TF2 it just looks like one team got mid and the other didn't.
Honestly if Overwatch had a lot more DM to it, then I would be on that game fully. There's just no damage from sticky jumping as junkrat, also infinite ammo, as well as having a full magazine reload then individual pills. He's still fun as af as is the rest of the game, but still it needs a lot more DM
