There are also loadout cards with different rarity, but those aren't going to make you less shit at the game, and everything above bronze is purely cosmetic

Currently, A31 is the best loadout, since it has access to some worthwhile perks. Namely Lock On and Double Time. The best Blishlock loadout, BL32, only has one good perk.

The range advantage you gain with the blishlock outweighs the better perks.
Drilled isn't that good if you know how to cancel the reload animation, but you can't directly do anything about your heal cd, so extra supplies is pretty gud.
All these Fragger mains gonna switch to maining Fragger AND Thunder. Gotta worry about Thunder and Fragger pub star heroes at the same time.

I tried Stark with the scope and it seems it goes all over the place on anything but close range, it feels more accurate without scoping in for some reason. I have a feeling BR is more accurate in both modes though, am I incorrect?

I used to like the BR more pre-updates, but since then I've liked the Stark more. I can't quite say why, but it feels more accurate and I feel like I know the bursts better for the Stark. Feels like it fires faster than the BR too.
Shame too cause Arty is my main and his best card is for the BR. His Stark cards are mostly just OK. At least Stoker has a nice Stark card.

So I never understood the anger at Skyhammers who don't drop ammo, like I got it was an issue when it happened but it honestly never happened to me.
I play mostly Fletcher and the various support gunners, lack of ammo is just such a rare issue for Fletcher because the vast majority of your damage is done by stickies.
Today I played LMG Fragger for the first time since I was a noobfag, oh my fucking god does that thing eat ammo, seriously fuck noob skyhammers.
Best Fragger loadout? I'm tempted to go for M62.

The thing with objective mode is that even if you're fucking awful at shooting other people, you can least push objectives/call arty on EV/stand in a certain area and eat bullets intended for other people.
Execution unfortunately is all about how well you can kill other people. So all the marginal players you had in objective mode are pretty much useless in execution, but thanks to the missions, they're in there anyway.

The timik deals a little more damage than the M4 but is less accurate. If your standing right next to a dude you can shred them pretty quickly. But at long range the gun struggles. however you can burst fire it at long range like you would Fragger's LMG and get a lot of that accuracy back.
The thing about both the M4 and the Stark is they are literally lasers they have almost none existent recoil and can snipe people on the other side of the universe and still deal good damage. Which is why a lot of people say the M4 is one of the best guns in the game.

Of all the shotguns the remburg is the best in my opinion. You can one shot low HP characters, which is pretty good IMO.

It's not like you can't one-shot low HP characters with the Hollunds.
With H42 on Aura I regularly one-shot Proxy / Kira / Sparks around corners. The other day I one-shot a Sparks so hard she got gibbed as well (to be fair she likely had already been damaged).
I only wish it got a little more range to make it halfway between Anhuld and Remburg though, being able to shoot outside of knifing range must be nice.
I too hate the Remburg for no logical reason. It's just a visceral "doesn't feel good" thing. And the model looks stupid.
