I bought mine during a 50% off sale. Worth every penny at that price, idk about full price though. I think I bought all of the tier 5s at 50% off, I encourage everyone to pick them up at that price. They're all pretty fun in their own way.
If you can hold off wait for a big sale. Although, I've not seen a 50% off sale on tier 5s in a long time. They might not do it anymore (NA server)

It all depends on why you want a prem tank in the first place.
I bought mine for training US heavy crews cos I decided to keep the everything from Tier VI and up and having both prem US heavies made crew training a breeze.
I probably do more crew training in the T14 than the T34 because I prefer the playstyle but that comes down to personal preference

For every 10 encounters with a Chaffee I have had:
