Just keep connecting and disconnecting from games till you find one that doesn't lag. Rotating through gamemodes is a good idea so you don't get put into the same game constantly. I go TDM -> KC -> HQ until I find a game that doesn't lag and then stick to it till I get more sick of it than trying to find a good game. Can take like 10 tries to work but usually does in the end. Other alternative is to find a friend or two from the UK or something, join their party and make them find the game. That usually seems to result in lag free games for me. I play from Finland.
It's not ideal but at least it works till they fix their stupid shit, though I doubt they do.

I tend to use shotguns because the gameplay style that comes with them is rewarding. In BO2 I used the Judge revolver-shotgun as a primary weapon, and I'd still get people complaining that I killed them with it. Even though it was one of the least effective weapons in the game

High caliber lets me pop heads consistently when they headglitch at range. I'll hit them a few times in the head without HC and they don't die. Then I miss because of flinch and then I get killed. HC lets me avoid all that bullshit.
Stock is actually useful to me. The only difference is that you slow down when shooting + strafing. Laser is so I actually have a chance at killing SMG players that rush me and move too fast.
/vg/ I can't get gud with KB+M no matter how hard I try. I do ok with controller, usually get at least 1.8kdr but I can't aim with my damn mouse. I always pass over them when strafing.

I have no idea which gun to use in core, they all feel garbage to me after a while. The guns i see most are VMP,KN44 and M8A7 and they are like hitmark collectors when i use on the bullet sponge enemies.
Also i feel like the recoil on some assault rifles is fuckin shit from long distance even with the proper attachments.
Can someone just suggest me a combination to what to use?

What am i supposed to play after the patch? I was like always in the top 3 of my team i had a KDA above 1,5 all the fucking time and after the patch i barely get 1 KDA .
I dont have any weapon left i like to play, Haymaker is factual useless 3 hits to get a kill in short range is a laughabke ammount . Argus is so useless most of the time, every other weapon class has aim assists expect shotguns and you feel and see it everytime you play.
The first shotgun that was good in the Beta is only usefull in close combat below 1 meter but everything elese is shit.
And i dont want to play the Brecci yet again after 1200 kills with her.
