X-01 is the best you'll find. It's what the Enclave whipped up after the war.
All the other suits are pre-war. Just look at the numbers. Bigger numbers mean later models and are usually a step up from the lower numbers.
I think anyway. If it doesn't just go by numbers then I think it goes T-45 T-60 then T-51Raider armor, though post war, is still just junk welded to the frame and is the weakest of them all.

I thought that the password was uncovered by choosing one and wen you found a likeness, it meant that the key word had one matching letter
but the other day one anon said that it doesn't just have the same letter, it has it in the same place in the word
if I am to believe that anon. then the answer here is not possible since VAULT and VIRUS each have a likeness but have no other letters in common in the same position
the way I was playing, both letters have a U in them so UPSET should be the likely candidate
but VIRUS only had one matching along with VAULT and VAULT doesn't contain a S which UPSET does

IIRC Ulysses says they'll fuck the Mojave first and then the whole wasteland (ie America). But he also says they stay away from Vegas because of the lights and sound, so cities might have several decades before food demands drive the tunnelers (got the name wrong before) to invade.
In either case they hunt deathclaws and will overrun the Mojave in a few years, so they probably pose a threat to America long-term no matter what.
