I run typical tank runes and vastly prefer armor quints to anything else. Masteries are 12/0/21 with Grasp of the Undying being very important. Pick up Double Edged Sword, Sorcery and Oppressor in Ferocity, it really ramps up your damage.
It works even against AP heavy teams. You only need tabis and gauntlet to reach 220 armor and then you can just get MR if you need it.
How is Evelynn right now? I've had the sudden urge to play her for some reason.

warlords with 80-100 crit is too good
the healing effect works off all targets hit with ult bolts as well as any other effects of the triggering attack (runaans bolts, shiv proc)
ive been building ie shiv runaan in whatever order and raping kids (that's 80 crit and hella attack speed)
runaans can hit targets already being hit by ult bolts with the exception of the target you are actively right clicking
you can finish 100 crit with just a crit cloak and build it into essence reaver if you want, guaranteeing every single of your autos to crit means upwards of 1500+ in healing off single ult attacks every 2 seconds, on top of the regular healing it will give you with your lifesteal from bt and elixir
sometimes you cant get bt cus u need maw or scimitar instead which is fine because they both offer lifesteal
never build lw unless enemy team has tank top tank jungle tank support
basically when every attack crits twitch cannot be stopped, he cannot be assissinated, he just cleaves teams in half from 850 range away while healing for retarded amounts you cant even get dove on cause you just kill whatever retarded even tries
the hardest part is early game but once u have 2 items game is p much over

I main both brand and Xerath, and no, Xerath is not,
Xerath kit dont have the power to be burst mage. keystones dont help as Q and W are AoE so the bonus are small
Dont have the DoT of Brands Passive
and Xerath R is suicide close range (takes 1 second to activate and 0.5 seconds between shot.. so 2.5 second to cast the R) and in the long range the R is easy to dodge.
that being said what can they do about brand other than nerf his R?? either reduce the damage output or number of bounces.

Mundo doesn't actually have much in common with actual tanks and plays like a fighter.
Mundo has no innate tankyness and without building him defensively hes vulnerable to being bursted down.
This isn't the case with actual tanks like Sion who gain a lot of tankyness without even investing in tank stats.
Another thing is that real tanks have a lot of CC, mundo has a slow, which fits with much more with the fighter theme of low number of weak CC abilities.

As aYorickmain, it just feels like she can bully regardless of what's going on. At level 3 her marks do upwards of 200 damage and she can proc three in very quick succession like that. While given that she's pretty squishy and that's really her only source of burst, she feels like a new Riven to me. If you give her one kill in lane she will quickly roam around at 6 and nuke everyone else and just shit on the game. The aoe size on her q is a whole other thing but I'm not going to bitch and moan about that.
It just feels like Quinn gets really dominant in lane regardless of the matchup, it reminds me of S3 Renekton honestly, and she has the snowball capabilities of Riven.
Do you think her marks should be changed in order to make her less strong in pre-6 lane?

Nocturne and Lee are fine, Lee has a high skillcap to really be able to get the most out of him though so you'll need to focus on practicing his mechanics in norms at first instead of just tryharding for wins

well this game was shitty, it was going well, well backing up to champ select, we're in Draft and this asshole wasnt to top, but he's lower pick but goes trynd anyway so we have him running around like an asshole, getting kills but being of no help to objectives, we manage to take the lead, thanks to our NuNu but Quinn manages to get ahead after a shutdown.
