Vegas was terrible on release, it had an interesting meta-story but that's it, the DLC and mods adding in cut content are what saved it.
I don't want Vegas 2 and yet another NCR wankfest, just Fallout 4 as is with more open ended quest options.

It's just one example. You can go into the BoS base wearing full synth gear, or an Institute lab coat/clean suit, doesn't matter. Nobody reacts to it because reasons.
It's those little details that propel a game from 'good' to 'great', and Bethesda put all their effort in funny skeleton positioning gags instead of details that actually improve the game.

I'm at dunwich borers quarry, just cleared out all the raiders but then there's something large flying through the air and then and explosion. Companion suggests to check it out. Problem is I've got that dense fog, so I don't fucking know where that explosion was. Is this a static event?
