500 ap( 6+10% ap ) = 56 damage x 20 ( number of full duration you can get in 30 seconds) 1120 damage
In a perfect world, Deathfire would be more damage. Suggesting you'd actually hit a spell every 1.5 seconds for 30 seconds though is quite unlikely, as it doing to so perfectly you don't just reset the dot and lose some of its damage through clipping.
