I would like to know how, I know you can use the fulton ballista, but that restricts to A and doesn't allow a no traces. Every time I've gotten within 50m of the truck in all locations it's triggered the skulls.

With all S Ranks + Puppet Soldier Medals and High Morale, all of my units with 1 FOB are touching 88-89 now, if a soldier with a high enough S rank stat gets a medal and high morale, they can tip over into S+ and then you can try and send them on Deployment for a second medal if they survive.

So I bit the bullet and bought the uniform DLC. I got a quick question though. Is the camo index effected by whether or not The Boss's sneaking suit is unzipped or not? Naked variants usually have lower camo indexes in most other uniforms, but this is the only sneaking suit to my knowledge to have a naked variant so I feel it's a legit question.

Played MGS3 as a kid, didn't really care for the story but loved it. Later on, I know the big thing is 'MGS2 is philosophical and shit MGS3 is 'kek kill boss must sneeky snek' and so on but I honestly don't mind it that way, it feels like MGS2 asked a lot of important questions whilst MGS3 was meant to be a more emotional game. Playing back again a few years ago I honestly went into it and thought most of the story was fucking cheese balls and corny shit, and whilst MGS has always been dramatic as the game went on I honestly felt a lot more about it. I neutralized all the Cobras and snuck through everything, felt proud of myself for beating the Sorrow so easily (only 3 panic kills) and struggled against the Fury before I got the hang of tactical reloading and same deal with the Boss. It felt fun yet exhausting at the same time. I even appreciate the shitty ending with EVA dragging her sorry ass through the woods, I honestly think that part was supposed to feel like 'what the fuck, STILL? STILL? We're still going?' Like you're exhausted and dying but you keep making it through to the end even with fucking like 20 guards in one area.
Finding out the revelation of the Boss at the end when everyone is congratulating you and the graveyard scene honestly touched me even with the campiness and melodrama and goofy voice acting throughout the game.
Hard for me to choose between 2 and 3 because I like them both for such varied reasons. The one thing I wish was done with TPP was either that it was either more like the linear progressing MGS/MGS2/MGS3 or a properly done open world with a bit more areas and MB/the maps fleshed out. I feel like Kojima truly could have gone completely different directions with the progression and narrative of the game and fans would have still liked it.
I still love TPP, I just try not to think about extra stuff they could have done with it.

Retake the Platform is the easiest way to get service crosses for your existing personnel, but it'll only select six guys at a time and I'm pretty sure they have to be in the R&D team and not a direct contract.
The simplest way to get new soldiers with crosses is to extract puppet soldiers from side ops or Skulls missions. The Code Talker mission has the largest volume of them, as long as you leave at least one Skull sniper alive before approaching the mansion.

It's almost certainly this. Unless you head into a really high level FOB with the minimum time limit, you really can afford to take your time - you don't need to be moving forward constantly. Wait things out, be aware of what you're getting into.
Likewise if you trigger an alert, don't feel like you have to fight through it. Finding somewhere to hide and letting the alert expire is often a lot better of an idea.

If you want to really enjoy pvp, clear your relationship list and only fill it with -5000 ranked people. Those are the ones who are actually playing FOB's and the indirect retaliation menu will always be full of maxed FOB's which are the most fun and rewarding in terms of rewards and esp points. Also fun as fuck to invade a platform with S ranks, neutralize them and extract them all then go through the wormhole so you can't be retaliated against. I got around 60 s rank guys last night doing that.
Just remember if you want to have fun with pvp, get high ranked esp players and you'll almost always be defended/invaded during peak hours. If you randomly chose relationships you'll get people who don't even play anymore so you'll hardly ever see anyone. I've been playing 2 hours and already was defended against twice and invaded once.

here's how to make a great trap in mgo:

But because Otacon gets brought up in the States and not in a massive fortress in South Africa, it's probable that Huey goes back over to the Patriots (the fact that he's being tortured in TPP and the fact that he pushed so hard for the inspection [not to mention somehow managed to survive in spite of not escaping on B.B.’s helicopter] indicates he might have sold out as early as GZ) which means some serious personality changes. So my bet is that Strangelove gets with Huey but is disappointed at how much he's changed, and falls in love with Otacon because he reminds her of how Huey used to be.
