Double finger requires units to be Dex type to get 1.5boost, bellamy requires a unit to have a matching orb to get a 1.5boost.
By all accounts matching orbs > neutral orbs, but you need a way to get the matching orbs or bellamy is useless.
if it's straight up "who does more damage if i had to pick one for my team" then it depends if you can get full matching orbs
3/6 with matching orbs means bellamy boosts 3 of those units regardless of what type or class they are.
Meanwhile if you are running a full dex team doublefinger gives 1.5xboost to all 6/6 of your team whether they have a matching orb or not.
So the answer is: it depends.

If I swapped out Kuro for Brook, I'd need to have Evolved Brook at level 80 to do equal amount of damage. Also the heal would put me over 30%, since 30% is 4450HP, I'd need to be at >20hp to not be over which is a fine line I'd rather not risk.

I've literally been saying the same thing several times now and cleary you're the one misreading. Some dude posted a box and I told him to re-roll because his units sucked to start out the game with, then I said it's bitchy to be a "man" and not re-roll when your units are just that bad. Then you invented something about me saying it's the only way to play this game and now I'm telling you your an idiot because what I said is that not re-rolling under certainly poor circumstances is handicapping beyond possible belief in this game. You get two free gets in the start of the game, it's stupid not to use that given fact starting out if you want to actually think about catching up at some point.
