-Pausing requiring the team to vote for a 5 or 8 min pause that can't be canceled by the opposing team (when the match is paused those who voted ''Yes'' can unpause the match after 30 seconds

There is a difference between 6k and 7k just like 4k and 5k. People don't just "get lucky" 40+ games in a row.
Leaderboards with resetting MMR aren't worth striving for, because when a patch rolls in nobody will ever look back. It's already rare for anybody to notice now.

My favourite team is VP now.
I think what I like most about them is even though maybe they're not the extremely highest skill as a group as 5 in normal team fight scenarios, I feel like they're the only group where each of their members knows how to go ham. Watching all 5 of their players run down an enemy at the same time in different sections of the map is amazing. Maybe not always the best strategies to say win a TI, but I love that their strats aren't the norm, and that it still works for them. Also FNG is a cool dude. He's truly our guy when EE was not.

I found a couple of commands that enable camera rotation. They give you a screen space advantage. How? It's simple: You are used to tracking the action from top to bottom. Now you can use the widest dimension of your screen to track action: Frome left to right.
You rotate the camera with the 'mouse5' button. You need a five-button mouse or some way to bind a key to 'mouse5'.
