Urkis' dungeon is basically single floor Daikara + a potentially really nasty boss. I always do it before Dreadfell, though.
He likes to freeze you and spam lightning attacks. Wild Infusion and lightning resistance should do you fine.

Stun is the greatest and worst status ailment of all time. -60% damage, -50% movement speed, random abilities get put on cooldown, all abilities stop cooling down.
Always have a Wild Infusion(Physical) or a Heat Beam rune so that you can remove it as soon it shows up.

Dive to the last floor, magic map to find the vault and try to clear out anything that might intrude on you when you're making an attempt on the vault. Haste up when you go in the vault, and make sure you're really liberal with your teleports and blinks, since these are extremely dangerous areas. These vaults will be filled with tormentors, hellions, shadow demons and so on and you do NOT want more than 1 or 2 in your LoS for more than 2 or 3 turns. You're going to pull these guys out of the vault if you can, and either kill them or ditch them in the areas you cleared. Once you feel there aren't many left in the vault, buff up fully and try to kill whichever unique is in the vault. Remember that you can cheese Antaeus with a rod of swarms or curare, and don't be afraid to try to banish these guys with distortion if you can't beat them outright. You don't have to kill every dude to win at crawl. Snatch up the rune after that and make a beeline for the exit. Try your damnedest not to fall under 50% HP, since resting easy is actually harder than it seems in hell. Its very important to run at the first sign of trouble, since hell effects can really fuck you over.

I've done a few SpEn's of Ash, so they are much simpler than other runs do to Sp so my experiences are little biased. I generally start off getting a few extra pips in stealth, letting hibernation and confusion carry me. That should get you to lair easily. Curse all your shit, and start focusing on getting your dazzling spray hungerless and powerful. Ashen should help out a lot here. Just zap everything with that and stab them when they are blind, and try to branch out into some sort of bolt spell if you can find a book. Pick up a lajatang/double sword/demon whip and enchant it up once you find one and a mottled dragon armour and you should have a really solid character. Really the only for sure thing to do is get your melee skill, stealth and armour solid, and use ashen to branch off into whatever magic you find. If you don't find a bolt spell,, don't be afraid to pickup summoning or charms.

For what purpose? You know you can wield 2H weapons with a shield, right? It seems you do have some heavy weapons that shouldn't take too long to get to min delay, however. See if you can't find passage of golubria or some of the evocables like a phial or a fan. You'll want some dodging as well. I think you could do well in hell if you can manage to dig some kill holes, but having passage/evocables will really help out.

The mobo has a pci-e x16 slot, which is the same as the vid card.
The ram is sort of an issue because I didn't actually buy ram and I'm hoping to reuse what I have, but the mobo has 4x240 pin slots.
According to pcpartpicker, what I have so far only uses 182w of the PSU's 430w.
I didn't buy any additional fans, but the case is well rated and I'm the type of person who keeps his window open in winter.
I haven't made any backups yet, but I do have a few USB drives laying around so I should be able to preserve all of my /rlg/ mspaint masterpieces.
The biggest unknown is how the mobo matches the case.

Well the specs page says it fits a micro ATX so I rate it a probably out of ten. Here's hoping that you aren't burned by yet another negligible difference in their terribad naming convention. Make sure to monitor the heat of each component when you're running it about as heavy as you expect to. It's all fun and games until you crap lets the hard drive overheat to 60C+ and after 1-2 years it's dead.
Dunno what kind of external to recommend. I had one of those western digital externals with the big vent slots all over the top and back and damn if it hasn't run every day for like an average of 6 hours for 7 years . I'd still be using it if it wasn't getting too old to risk losing the last however many hours of E+, cata, crawl morgues since the last backup to more bad sectors after the last scare. I'd be careful though to make sure whatever you get can handle keeping itself cool. The one I'm using now, I can't remember if it was the one I accidentally knocked over or not but it's got these tiny little bitch vents and it runs at 55C-65C which as far as I know is terribad. My desk fan keeled over before I swapped so I haven't been able to see if I can band-aid it yet. Anyway, you need to backup your shit. Take a good long hard look at everything you have on that hardrive and imagine tomorrow having literally nothing on it. I know i'd been heartbroken as hell to lose my crawl win morgues. Gotta backup. If you have precious shit, at least 2 with at least one of them off-site cause house fires and niggers are more common than anyone would like. After that play the Soulvizier mod, it turns everything to 11 and adds a bunch of shit, even new skill tree. It's bretty gud.
