For some reason I can't wall off this side of the house, none of the walls I try to build there 'stick'.
It was originally a 'L' shaped home, so I figured that was the reason why the walls wouldn't snap in place, so I made it a standard 2x2 and I still have the same problem. My foundation isn't covered by the hill or anything, is it a bug? Anyone else have issues like this?

FOR BOS: They want to purge wasteland of everything that isnt human, dont want technology to run amok, have kewl power armor, Maxson and Danse are cute
AGAINST BOS: Somewhat nazi-ish, anyone can really attain PA, dont exactly want to help the commonwealth, obsessed with hording and keeping technology secret
FOR INSTITUTE: Have mankinds future in mind, advanced technology, coursers are a badass concept,SHAUN
AGAINST INSTITUTE: Also somewhat-nazi-ish, join or be replaced, if you join 90% of your allies are boring ass robots
FOR RAILROAD: Sneaky guerilla warfare commandos, want to free the 'good' synths, more of a secret, freedom oriented orginization
AGAINST RAILROAD: Not exactly helping anything or anyone besides the sentient synths, kind of faggy, actually a threat to larger organizations like BoS
FOR MINUTEMAN: Your own personal militia, good of commonwealth in mind, are actually bretty nice guys
AGAINST MINUTEMAN: even though youre their fucking general they dont obey you, theyre kind of weak and useless compared to BOS and institute
IN CONCLUSION:
BoS: Fuck everybody but us, but we'll still help out a bit
Institute: Fuck everyone against us, our way or the high way (Their way will actually probably work)
Railroad: Were useless as fuck but we fight for freedom

I wish I could help man, I'm stuck on two quest myself. One I needed to talk to Brian on this coastal town on the top right corner of the map. This Bradely/Brian is dead and you can't reach him without going over the fence. There's no way to get to him other then that
The other one is this BoS Side-Quest where you find a woman dead in a house who was escorting a Scribe. Find the Scribe and wants you to find the Satellite Array which the Scribe is at but for some reason I can't complete it.

If you want to assume you can control the institute then fine, but there were already scientists who hated you being the leader. I feel like if you started acting against them they would quickly oust you for the greater good.
I know about the other stuff as well, I've done each storyline. But im looking at it from an overall perspective, not your players perspective. I still really like the institute, and theyre objectively the best choice for mankinds future. But theyre still an orginization that will murder you if you dont adhere to their principals.

What's with the Institute weapons being outright worse than regular laser weapons? I made 2 auto rifles, one Institute and one Laser.
The Laser had: More damage, higher ammo count, what seemed like less recoil and it wasn't comically huge (I'm actually counting this as a thing, because god damn)
I think the only thing the Institute weapon had was slightly more accuracy. Super disappointing.

makes sense from a couple of perspectives:
in-lore: institute weapons are mass produced pieces of dogshit. not made to be good, sturdy or powerful, just numerous. they're basically the lasguns of this universe. laser rifles are better made because they were built to be wielded by people, meaning you had to invest more in one or you'd just be throwing soldiers in the trash
in-game reason: the game throws institute rifles and pistols at you like crazy so they don't want you to vendor them or use them too much

Here's why Fallout 4 has superior dialogue to New Vegas and FO3.Not including writing quality, just the system itself
Remember back when dialogue was just that? Fucking dialogue and not just an information pool that encourages the player to spam all the options and move on to the next person? Yea, remember games like Planescape?
The dialogue wheel is fine, it's just not been implemented well yet. It has real dynamic dialogue and had it had more choices it would be the optimal way to play upcoming games. Fallout 3, Morrowind, Oblivion, New Vegas all suffer from the bullshit that none of the dialogue matters, everybody is a walking dictionary / historian and it removes from their character. Too many times have I insulted a character only to go on to another topic and him completely forget, it breaks immersion.
Dialogue wheels aren't bad, they are actually the best way to play. They just haven't been implemented well yet and are the closest thing to the god tier dialogue system in Planescape that we will get.
