Red bar in the top middle is your energy basically. Every time you visit a girl to either fuck them or defend them from NTR you use energy, the only way to get it back is to rest in your room. You can unlock a maid friend (Who you can also fuck) to help defend the girls from NTR by sending her in your stead, but certain characters will just rape her instead if you're not careful.

Bigger number = bigger threat, some dudes like the x6 Fat guy can just solo low level chastity by themselves (Not to mention multiple dudes can visit the same girl in a single phase) so they're important to block yourself early on rather than leaving it to the girls. The 43/300 during the sex scene is progress towards impregnation. Depending on the scene sometimes it only goes up by a little, or if you're particularly negligent they might get impregnated in a single go (This also applies for the player, if you get certain scenes you just impregnate them immediately after a single toss instead of having to slowly build it up). If nobody impregnates them before the end of the ovulation period, it resets. Pregnant by you = good end and their chastity towards you becomes unbreakable which helps if you're going for the harem end.
