Dynamo, Cold, Burner and possibly Ground Man weren't made by Wily.
Also King made Burner Man go crazy by telling him that he would die if he didn't burn down a forest every day. He messed up Dynamo Man pretty bad too by taking away his ability to safely be around humans by giving him a generator that was too powerful for him. Most of them were children because he was a tour guide for field trips.

I think their plots would have to be vastly different than Mega Man's. I think Day in the Limelight did a great job with introducing alternate non canon plots. In day of the limelight 2, Dr.Light reprogrammed the Mega Man 2 robot masters so they could take on the Mega Man 3 bots, but in day in the limelight 3, the plot was wily getting the Mega Man 3 robot masters to kidnap Kalinka.

Well, Slash Man is made using scrapped parts from Pluto from Mega Man V GB. But while Pluto was a catbot, Slash man is a dinobot. So he's a half cat half dino robot. He became a dino bot to earn the trust of the jurassic park place his level is in. Pherhaps he switches sides of Wily kills the dinosaurs.
Turbo Man was made out of Wily's favorite old car. Maybe he remebers how Wily used to be when he worked with Dr. Light and doesn't agree with how he acts now.

Sure, it's good, but there's too many grinding moments in between, and a good chunk of the bosses were awful (Bubble Man, Flame Man, Desert Man, etc.) and the story only really gets interesting during the end. He wasn't made using Pluto's parts, his design was merely based on it just as many of Wily's first robots were inspired by and improved versions of Light's robots. Quick Man was based on Elec Man's speed. Wood Man was supposed to be based on Guts Man's strength. Heat Man was based on Fire Man. If you can find it/emulate it, go for the DS version. It's got tons of improvements, a few more chips, and you can bring your friendly navis along if you really want to make it easier.

Is this a voice sample for /mmg/ sings? If so it sounds super clean and smooth! However for the final production it probably needs to be longer than 15 seconds. It won't because it's from the folks of Man of Action studio. The production company is Dentsu Entertainment (the folks who localized Deltora Quest) but the animation won't be bad. It's by the same folks that made Generator Rex and Ben 10. All we know is that the first season will be 26 episodes, it'll likely be based on Classic due to it being the most profitable and recognizable series in the franchise, and they are working directly with Capcom so I have faith that they won't screw it up that badly. The folks at Capcom America are fairly passionate about the blue bomber.
