I found the noise changes really weird. It lacks the bond aspect from BN, which feels so ironic to me. Instead of forming a bond with the other character, you just fight them so much that you collect fragments of their being from the literal air and stick them inside yourself.
I guess it kinda makes sense for the titular Ace and Joker, whom you actually have epic battles with heightened noise levels, but it feels kind of pointless for all the other forms.Kinda wish the final battle had DRAGONFORCE form instead of what you actually get.

There are different Astro Boy series where he gets different abilities so if the person making the video actually knows their shit and isn't biased towards Mega Man, then the outcome will be purely subjective.
Let's assume that they're using the original Astro Boy, from the 50's manga and the 1963 series. In these, he has:
-searchlights in his eyes
-flight
-fluency in 60 (sometimes 100 because tezuka can't do consistency for shit) languages
-machine guns in his rear end
-finger lasers
-1000x hearing
-100,000 horsepower (in the manga he throws a fit and gets up to 1 million
Assuming it's a fair fight and Rock doesn't come armed with Robot Master weapons, he has:
-mega buster
-armor
What would really be Atom's undoing in this situation is the fact that he doesn't have any real tactical experience. He crushes hulking automatons and slaps the shit out of mobsters (3 laws be damned), but he hasn't fought in any wars. He's never needed to employ strategy in his fights, because he's always been so much more powerful and intelligent than everything else.
Rock, on the other hand, has tons of experience when it comes to battling robots every bit as intelligent and capable as him. War strategy has been ingrained in him over years of fighting.
Additionally, Atom specializes in hand-to-hand combat--you know, literally slapping everybody's shit. But Rock relies on his buster and weapons. If it weren't for Atom's ridiculous horsepower, I'd say Mega Man has the clear advantage.
Realistically this fight would never occur since Atom would be elated to find a friend who was as thoughtful and emotive and human-loving as him.

I've never heard of it.After googling, all that's coming up is shit from the movie. There have been a few cases of organized robot rebellion in the manga, like the stuff with the blue knight and robotania, and that one chapter that inspired entire 2003 series, where Tenma brainwashed Atom and made him become the king of robots, but nothing to do with a "Robot Revolutionary Front". That sounds too violent for Tezuka's liking. Have you watched the 2009 movie?

Yeah, I have watched the movie although it was a long time ago so I don't remember much of it. I kind of remember the Robot Revolutionary Front but they were just kind of comic relief and nothing serious. I knew beforehand Astro Boy dealt with cases of racism against robots and although the theme is still a bit in the movie, I felt dissapointed that it wasn't really explored and just used for jokes.Then again, I read more about it on TvTropes but as I said, I don't really trust it after they kept saying the child from Mad Max: Fury Road was Max's child even when it's known his child was a boy and died as a toddler. Commando Bomb and Triple Blade were my favorites. Water shield wasn't a bad shield but it was a step down from Jewel Satellite, and I liked the Wheel Cutter's ability to let you scale walls, I just wish they had designed the stages to get more use out of that functionality.
