Lets be honest this is the biggest fuck up of FO4.
I understand settlements are not mandatory, but if you want to get anywhere with them you need at least 6 charisma.
And even if you can do without them, they still feel like a pretty big part of the game and the biggest novelty introduced with Fallout 4.
They removed the armor / weapon strenght requirement, which means you can use and do pretty much anything in this game regardless of your SPECIAL, except for settlements.
You fucked up Todd, the game is still good tho.

You can loop them like a ring or any other formation. You only need one supply line between settlements.

Have to catch the settler in your settlement, he'll be called "Provisioner". This is pretty annoying as most of the times they're on the supply route, and god knows where the fuck that is (It's not actually a straight line, I'm sure).

On high textures, low shadows, no godrays, tessellation turned off though CCC, and I still only get 36 to 42 fps anywhere.
I also unlocked frames, but then had to lock frames to 70 for lockpicking.
I'm playing on a 144hz monitor, so I'd like to at least get 60fps.

I haven't seen any heavy leather armor. Some of the special items (like the 6k Mantis Armor) uses that model though.

By default it's the same key as walk in all the previous games too, but now I'm so far along that if I switch the two I'm going to be accidentally punching and grenading when I mean to walk even more than I am now.

Played the non-enhanced a bit, it was ok. Enhanced does sound better but I didn't really get in to it. I also played some Wasteland 2 enhanced and Pillars of Eternity but didn't care for those enough to put them on my "Happy about videogames" list there.

There's a body by the door that starts the quest when you loot it, from there just go in and take the egg at the end then return it to the parent, there's a gauntlet right by it.
