It pretty much lies to you. After a patch a week after it's release to improve the netcode, the frame delay and the connection icon is just completely messed. You really can't tell how well the match will run until you are in the match itself.

I'm kind of just cherishing these last months in USFIV more than anything though to be quite honest. of course people will still play it but in 3 months this game that I've been playing feverishly for the past few years is about to be replaced by a game I'm not sure I enjoy more. No my internet is completely fine, it's not that Xrd's netcode is bad for frame delay based. It's just that Street Fighter V with the exceptions of three matches in the 23 hours I played all were beyond fantastic.
