It refers to grf edits that change the sprite size of classes you desire, thereby making key targets easier to hit. Because the whole "stacking" gameplay is about protecting key targets, this type of cheat is viewed as game changing (like nodelay) as opposed to just making existing possibilities "easier".
In regards to cheats, people draw the line when it makes you able to do things you couldnt otherwise.

Just play on Simply. The rates are low-ish sure, but this is alleviated by only having to grind once per character instead of twice. That, and the episode we're locked into for the server is pretty fresh for a lot of people who haven't experienced the game that early, so there's a lot of differences from your stock "server-in-a-box" RO servers.
