Are there any mods for EUIV that change the way that mana is generated? Maybe something like a bureaucracy/academia that the crown has to support and expand? I know advisors are a thing, but I'd like to see it taken a step further.

Sorry for the noob question, but how do I get labourers/farmers of my culture in new-world provinces where there are none.
I was playing Australia and getting lots of immigrants but they can't assimilate since there are no Australian pops in the province.

There were wars in the time frame, before WW2, in other shitholes and the world didn't end up in WW2 because of that

If I was to acquire a second colonial province, literally identical in every respect to the first, would this have any impact on my total colonial migration or would the 10 pops merely now be spread among the two colonies?
Hey lads, I posted about this earlier but I still can't fix this...
I'm trying to get CK2+ to work. I downloaded the mod and it appears in the launcher, but when I run the game with the mod checked, the game is not actually running the mod. Running version 2.4.5 and I ripped CK2+ from steamworkshopdownloader.
What am I doing wrong?

Because containing hitler is the same thing as contain fuckin romania. Also it was a cascade the brits got dragged in because they had obligations to another nation that was allied to hungary and the SU was protecting yugoslavia. It cascaded into another WW similiar to WW1 which interesting in its own way and not a fucking railroaded WW2 that always happens. Also to note is the only power in europe not in war is Germany. The guarantee Austria so they should join soon but because I had no intention to fight this im about to be annexed. Before I get annexed im gonna show you another way that DH is better then HoI3.
