Not even memeing but what am i supposed to do about a Vi ulting me followed by a Zed ulting me as Caitlyn?
Someone said get a QSS but i was dead before the pop even happened considering Vi ult chunked me to like 40% then Zed just pressed E auto and i exploded.
Usually i'd say i have shit positioning but Vi can just Q Ult through literally everything to get to me and my team had no instant hard CC (Braum, Garen etc)
I tried putting a trap behind myself as Zed ulted but it was essentially pissing into the wind.
Also getting an Energized Shiv Proc Headshot Crit is a fucking thrill. I crit a minion for 2k

If it's an even normal fight it doesn't usually matter who you ult, though you should avoid ulting a tank or support when possible. Ulting someone is more important than saving the ult for a key target though
If there is a clear carry then you save it for him
If someone is caught out before a fight and clearly dead then you save your ult unless it's the prementioned carry

I've noticed that jungle items have increased in price while remaining more or less the same in stats.
Should I prioritize more useful items over finishing my jungle item/buying the enchant? For example, If I'm playing J4, should I get Black Cleaver/Titty Hydra before I get warrior/cinderhulk?

His utility is the best part of his kit. at 45% cdr your slow on the enemy is 2.5s long with 0.8s of free time Once you rewind. Combine that with the 1.5s stun then the enemy barely has any free mobility. He kills the Juggernauts who have to walk to your back line.
And with a 33 second GA then you are ridiculous. Ult whoever is most fed. Deny the shutdown gold in addition to reviving your best team member.
Last patch he was glorious for his anti-juggernaut kit. Now he's less useful has his utility takes time to ramp up, but is great for speeding up your own allies to get at the squishy marksmen. Good, but not as great as he was.

Because the other thing has base damage, this is trivial math.
Even on lvl 6 the break even points are 600 AP and 150 bonus AD
Thunderlord will always out damage the burn unless your champion doesn't use combos of at least 3 hits.
This means that assassins like Zed or combo champs like Ekko are quite likely better of with Thunderlord and poke or DoT champs (especially ones that don't want 5% cdr) are better of with the burn.
Now it could be argued that the burn will still over damage the burst even on champs like Talon or Zed because even if their main trick is the 100-0 burst they still poke a bunch and do AOE in teamfights (thunder is single target). The problem with this is that the damage is the least useful "chip damage" which is massively overvalued (this is the reason champs like support Brand can top the damage charts with relative ease and not be super OP at the same time)

You want as much AP, CDR and mana as you can cram on a support budget.
Early tear never hurts, can also back it up with Athene's/Morello. CDR boots, Locket if team needs one. Just on't go for damage focused AP items like Ludens unless you KSed all of the kills and went like 9/0 in lane, then just go full Jihadi on them with a max AP/pen build and carry with your AoE chunks of death.

I used to almost always go for Talisman, even after starting frostfang, because the speedboost was too good to pass up. With the 40s cd nerfed to 60s, and the new twin-shadows-on-tier3-frostfang, it's a bit more dependent on your team comps.
Utility in general, but feel free to build AP if you're rich enough.
Don't build AP if you can't land your bombs. It takes some practice (I didn't start really getting good at it until well into mastery 5) but the new buffs are pretty generous.
Jinx's hitbox is also way bigger than her character model, so you can really piss her off with that.

Then they busted Hydra and now I don't know what the fuck to do because I have no items to buy that are actually worth the gold and let me fight, while ADCs get to come toplane and permakite me because LolQuinn, and if you build early armor to counter them, they just get their free Last Whisper and make you waste gold.

So correct me if I'm wrong, but tristanna is a bread and butter sort of ADC. Needs attack speed, damage and crit to be ready for the late game though not in that order.

Use E to delete waves and towers, or get early kills on a champion that has been properly engaged on. Use W to escape or engage. W resets on assist/kill, so you need to have confidence that you can get the kill and get out. Q kinda obviates most attack speed, just pick up one aspd item.

I've had success with Stalker's Runeglaive, Guinsoo's, Rylai's and then tank items as needed. Runeglaive remains the most synergistic jungle item and Eve's E helps hermake good use of Rageblade, Particularly if you're able to grab Rylai's as well. If you're off to a hot start, which Eve often is, Rageblade really gives her that extra punch and it's quite cheap. Of course if you are doing poorly skip one or both of the Rageblade and Ryali's.
I'd also recommend going 0/18/12. Getting Recovery, Tough Skin, Runic Armor and Perserverence helps her clear health immensely and simply lets you gank more often and at higher health. The %resist and hp masteries are nice but you're only building tank later on so they're far less valuable. The regen helps you get off to a good start and is way better than a little damage out of 12 in the Ferocity tree.
