I can see most of them dancing. Junpei and Akihiko would jump to it. Yukari is very likely to know to dance and enjoy it even if she would be embarrassed. Mitsuru probably took some classy dance lessons. Aigis is a robot and won't put any inconvenient. Fuuka would be shy and clumsy but try her best. Ken would refuse but he is a kid and will do as told. And you only need to ask MC to do something to get him to do it.
I don't know what idea you have of them, but all of them are more likely to dance than Kanji or Naoto.

I know shit about dancing myself but more or less. Yukari would probably have an idol like or pop dancing style. Junpei would try to imitate niggas dancing style since he is a westaboo. Mitsuru something classy, ballroom dance or ballet maybe. Akihiko something like Chie where he jumps around more than dances. I don't know if Japs know about doing the robot so I will go with her dancing like a vocaloid. For Ken he will either do some children dance or try hard whatever he considers a mature style. MC could be anything, he either can be very bad at it or very good, but in both cases he would have a dispassionate face. Basically the opposite of Yu.

The Arena redesigns for the P3 cast aren't very popular among the nips. Rarely anyone cares about them unless it's for rare bara/catsuit porn.
Also there is the fact that MC is the most popular character for P3, a game without him would attract like only half of the fanbase, and P3 would already sell way less than P4 even with MC. Arena was fine because they had the P4 cast intact who would bring a huger public than P3 ever would. But if they want to sell P3 without P4 backing it, they need the high school cast.
Post Arena designs are actually popular in the West, but the West doesn't care about dancing spin-offs. Nor like Atlus cares about the West either.
