It's barely some of those. The Grail gets attention but not even anything surrounding it. People are often unsure if Excalibur is the sword in the stone or given by the lady. It's not as bad as the early Medieval age though. Now that's awful.

Literally every other character gets a redesign, and Shikifans take it personally that theirs also got redesigned as though its supposed to mean "Why does Nasu hate this one, i don't understand, this one was perfect, but if he reworked it then he must dislike it"
Its a remake, you only get one chance to rework the designs after nearly twenty years, so they are taking some chances here to give them another chance and some more individuality.
They changed Shiki's glasses as well to make them stand out more in a different way, they changed all of Ciel, they changed Akiha's hairband, they changed Sacchin's hair a bit. They didn't even change some of them that much, like Shiki, but they are still going to change them up a bit.
They're not being lazy and going "Lets just throw the Melty Blood designs in and call it a day", instead they are really going for this seriously.
Any of the usual whining about it just feels kind of stupid; of course they're changing things.

Meltout was just finished, but glossary and extras are still missing. I have to say that I'm surprised that they end up using the hacked Moon Cell to revive some of the defeated opponents and allies, which makes me wonder why the protagonist and White Sakura didn't do that after defeating Kiara in Extra CCC. Alter Egos fighting between each other (including Kazura), use of Apocrypha's Servants, and the character development of Meltlilith, make this reading worthwhile.
Learn to moon speak and read, it just takes like 2 years to learn the basics and master most of the useful kanji...if you live in Japan.

I don't think this guarantees 3 turns of survival. If you have taunt on, you will get hit again after dying when there's still an attack remaining, except in case that dying removes taunt which I think it doesn't though I'm not entirely sure.
