Episode 3 and 4 basically never happened, which means Chloe probably isn't all that close to Max in this timeline, plus Max never has a reason to use her time rewind powers, so Chloe might just not have taken the tornado vision as seriously as in the other timelines.

yeah, both endings suck but at least in the bae ending, someone other than max keeps their development. it's still an unsatisfying, extremely ambiguous "le imagination :)" ending, but it doesn't open the door to as many plotholes as the bay ending -- which is just about infinite.
