I just played a few Eve games. She always had piss poor damage unless ahead and now its even worse. Runegalive got nerfed so the usual rg + rylai then tank build is even more mediocre. I tried warrior + gauntlet but it just isn't as good, you go oom far too much even after you complete gauntlet and you really need at least one more damage item to do meaningful damage. Also its harder to gank since people actually buy pinks now. This is most likely going to be the weakest eve we've seen in awhile.

Anyone here play Skarner? I'm really trying to get used to him after the rework. No matter if I do good or bad, I always seem useless.
Is he supposed to do damage? According to post match stats, I always do around the same, if not less damage than my support. Before the rework it definitely felt like I did more damage.
Is it my build? Even if I put a Triforce in, the overall damage done to champions is still really low, and when I'm playing with my friends, they harp on me for that.

Interesting. I've never felt pinks were all that effective against Eve in reality. As long as you're smart you know they're there and thus waste very little time. 75G for a one shot warning still isnt a great deal for the opponent. That said, I'll have to see about itemization. We're loding 10 AP from runeglaive and some stats from the masteries, but gaining the keystone mastery and a lot more sustain past the first clear. Perhaps you're right and a offense/defense hybrid item like Zhonya's or Abyssal will be necessary third.

Machete is stronger than Talisman. Plus a AD jungler will still tend to get more out of the combined jungling item. There will probably still be some okay AP and and Tank juinglers, but I'd expect things to look a lot like early season 5.

Theres just a much higher chance of being spotted by a pink now when moving in/near the river, so ganks from there will won't work most of the time. I suggest lane ganking more often now. As for the 3rd offensive item i've done that before, and you get blown up way to easily. If you need more damage build it after buying 1 tank item first unless very ahead.

Basically, put 18 points in one of the following trees if
Ferocity: you are a marksman, high damage fighter, mages in general
Cunning: you are an assassin, burst mage, traditional support
Resolve: you are a tank, tanky fighter
Keystone masteries are so important, it's important you decide which one you want on your champion first of all, and then work your way up from there.

I just read that the magic damage from MF's w got removed. I think that's made her much weaker, since the entire point of Miss Fortune was to dominate laning phase. being able to bully and get a lead over champs like Vayne or Trist by pressing e then w. I honestly think that her focus has shifted from early to mid/late, but other late game adcs outperform her in that field.

The CD doesn't start until the buff wears off, but yes. Worst case scenario (only 1 lovetap) you're looking at a buff twice as strong as before with only 1s less of duration. And you can potentially look at 7 or 9s duration. Shit 7s duration is pretty easy to pull off with Q since it procs lovetap on both hits.

I like the ideas and the items but most of the items are pretty tame and capped CDR and infinite mana is way too strong to pass so basically you just have every AD carry rushing that.
They want to incentivize different builds then they nerfed every item and make ER the single most cost efficient item in the game.
Like for example botrk shouldn't have been nerfed, PD should still give more AS than other items, IE should have at least 70AD and reaver shouldn't scale so hard with crit. Then you would actually have different builds.

i used to main smite tp top shyvana for a long while, even after it fell out of the meta and i've always had amazing success with her. but i stopped playing her because i got tired of soloq babbies whining about how it was no longer meta.
but now it makes sense for her to be viable with smite at top again. easier to get the herald with two smites, splitpushes like a maniac already and will do even more so with the mini baron buff, can build tanky with cinderhulk while still having enough damage to 1v1 and can divebomb onto the hypercarry ADCs

What I go is Devourer, Rageblade, Gunblade, Trinity, Reaver, Swifties.
You can stack rageblade on 3 autos, get an insane amount of dps agains tanks and you still can oneshot squishies.
Also, Gunblade heals for EVERYTHING, that includes onhits and true damage.
