Still messing with it myself, I went with 0.480 instead and it felt like my ADS sensitivity was higher than my look sensitivity. Going to try increasing it to 0.675 or 0.700 and see what happens. I don't know if anyone else in here was as bothered by it as I was, but if so, be sure to spread the word.

Now whenever you craft anything in that area, it will automatically scrap items stored in the workshop as you need it.

Doubtful. I'm running a 8320 and 760 with no issue. The game is far more GPU intensive than CPU intensive, so it's likely your GPU bottlenecking you because you're playing on too high of settings.

Auto detect high. How much RAM do you have? I'm smooth as butter 60 FPS. I haven't touched the settings at all outside of turning off the 30 fps limit and turning on Nvidia Control Panel V sync. Possible solution: A friend of mine with SLI 980s and an i7 was running like shit, even on low, and reinstalled and now he's fine. You might want to try that.

Charisma - Local leader - enter Workshop mode or what the hell - point on a settler and you can set them on a trade route.
i cant tell how it works exactly, cause the ppl living in sanctuary, i cant set them as traders, but i assume you gota connect them settlement by settlement, but i couldnt assign anyone to that, so i assume you get random nameless settlers sometime who you can assign to anything.
Not getting this until I get my computer upgraded.

This AI is really bad. I don't know how they managed to make it so hostile creatures can't see you directly in front of them.

Considering this happens frequently with people I'm in combat with, I don't think the scorpion is non hostile judging by the fact the "detected" symbol has the chance of being spotted brackets on it.

To establish supply lines simply click an unnamed settler and then send them to another location. He automatically turns into a caravan and you can access stuff on either end of two settlements.
This is one thing that needs to be fixed, or improved upon, by modders.
