Well, I really didn't have the best party combination at that point to be honest, pic related. Alisia covered the party for damage and attacked when she could. Lilian had dolls attacking and dealt some damage too. Monica dealt some crits to stop chanting (don't remember if it actually worked) and generally just damage. Fiora obviously healed and Conette had TP restore if I remember correctly.
Now, if I were in the same situation now I would probably have a berserker there instead of Assassin since she does more damage. Dolls were generally fine to me, some people think they're not powerful enough but I like the idea of doing something else while they attack.
But in the end, many party combinations are good for that fight so find one that suits your tastes and you will beat it. You don't need to have everyone over 30, I did beat it with 2-3 character over 30 so you should be good.

After all, the Vita only lets you use one PSN account. If all of your earlier trophies and purchased digital games/DLC are on your non-Japanese account, it makes sense for people to be still using their old, non-JP account.
