It was actually a buff for Ember, now you don't have to mod for all stats. 40%+ duration and 175% efficiency gets you near-permanent WoF from my experience.

As of 17.10.3 TJV can actually be completed. Bugs seem to be sorted out for progression. If done right, you can easily do a sub30 run but I imagine as we're teaching people it will be 40-45.

In the end, everything is just mastery points. It's still worth getting, levelling to 30 and selling for that reason.
Rhino is a decent "starter", kinda tanky, and can carry you through to midgame - the parts drop on venus boss.
Loki is top tier, but requires several corrupted/vault mods to get the most out of him. Has invis though - parts on neptune boss.
If you need basic mods like serration, just ask, most of us have a shitton of spares and will happily obligeUninstall now while you still can. I'm not joking.
