Its not pruning. They are making their specs more distinct. Scaling is a good thing. Garrisons have nothing to do with Order Halls and you know that. Those world drop legendaries are going to take ages to get and are probably not even going to remain BiS after each patch. The early access is just DH being available to get two whole levels and can't even go to the new zones past their intro area. You cant judge a class' balance when you havent played it or even seen 20% of its skills.
Also no, many people regarded MoP as one of the best expansions. Only those who trash it are the ones who left early on because they were turned off by the theme alone.

Garrosh had already warned Grom about the dangers of drinking the demon blood, yet he still has to ask him, "what habben if I drink? xD" followed by Guldan, a character known to be a deceiver and a complete sociopath who will do or say anything to get his way, spilling the beans telling him the truth. It's completely stupid.
That being said, I liked WoD's cinematic too... but rating it above the masterpiece that was WotLK because the dialogue was better? That's laughable.
