Shitty guns and no perks.
If you're smart, use rifleman. Rifleman ignores part of their armor from 2 on, along with bonus damage.
So, if say, the enemy's armor is enough to reduce damage by 50%, and you have level 5 rifleman, their armor will only reduce armor by 35%, and your initial damage will be doubled. So if you were to do 40 damage normally, it would do 52 damage, rather than 20 for someone that has 0 points in the perk.
He also hasn't upgraded any of his guns, so he's stuck with really shitty rng drops from enemies. His strongest non unique is the sniper rifle without any positive damage mods. Someone with level 3 gun nut (at the point he's at) will probably have a sniper doing at least 2x the damage.

One is siding with Institute, one is not.
I'm 90% sure after looking at the quests that siding with Institute is the "Good" ending, and blowing them up = "Bad".
If you side with the Institute you get to take control of it and have some epilogue quests for it after Shaun dies of old age or whatever the fuck he's dying from. I dunno why the Institute attacked the Minutemen in that guys stream, though. I guess every single faction in the game just hates each other for some reason. If you side with BoS you have to destroy the Railroad for some reason, too.

Because if it was an issue with the AI, it'd be the AI somehow walking in a zone marked "don't work", or otherwise.
Again, the AI is doing exactly what it's supposed to be doing, but, again, the navmesh isn't updated to reflect the changes in landscape.
Here's a metaphor. Pathfinding is the road, AI is the car. If you go over a road filled with potholes and your car explodes or some shit, it's ultimately the road that caused that.
But in this case, you can't really fill in those potholes.

I built my computer 5 years ago and just guessed the orientation for my cpu heatsink and fan (I guessed wrong)
I havent bothered fixing it because I don't enjoy fiddling with thermal paste and now my cpu idles around 60+ degrees
