They would have to force a fight and not cluster. That comp would've had to initiate with Arrow or Wraithfire Blast, and then go into a Fiend's Grip to lock him down while AM pummeled him. It's not about fighting in base, it's about forcing them to overextend. Use AM to push down a tower, then immediately ward as aggressively as possible. Use the uphill vision to keep tabs on their lineup, and fight them where they're at a disadvantage, like next to Rax, or outside of tower range near their fountain.

Last patch it was heavily Lesh favored, now its decently Lesh favored.
As Qop you cant shadow strike without eating a stun and a nuke to the face, you have a better attack animation and damage but worse nukes to farm and harass with. Lesh is also a natural Euls builder so orchids not that effective.
Overall Qop is a better hero this patch but the mid matchup is Lesh favored.
