There's obviously missing things and all that, but if it can serve as a guideline for someone, somewhere then that's fine with me.So long as it doesn't evolve into a shitposting tier list, in all honesty.
I didn't want to put the 4* assassins mostly because they don't seem specialized, aside from a passive and their deck setup, into generating or using stars. That and they were pretty shitty before the quick type buff, so I'm still not sure about them (don't have any myself).
I also forgot to add a mention of generator and soak/user when it comes to stars.
