What if you had a semi auto laser rifle. Okay, it goes into rifleman.
Now you put a mod making your semi auto laser rifle into a semi auto laser shotgun. Is it still affected by rifleman? With the perk description stating you kill enemies from a distance?
Commando really needs to include the semi-auto weapons. Or maybe they put the laser rifle/other semi-automatics automatic but with a really slow firing speed.
There arent that many automatics energy weapons in fallout games too and with the inclusion of the laser musket wich is clearly a rifleman weapon, I hope the laser rifle fully falls into commando. Even if you scope it.

I think perks associated with weapons will change when you put on a mod that changes functionality. "Automatic" in its name will mean it's governed by Commando, "Sniper" - by Rifleman, and so on.

When you change the barrel on it it becomes a laser sniper rifle in the trailer, and otherwise its a short/regular laser rifle that could possibly be affected by commando. Automatic is assault and its probably affected by commando.

That article is talking about the free content they patched into Skyrim, most of which was stuff already half-there in the game files. They patched in 'new' finisher animations that had been coded within the game since launch, and just weren't implemented.
Anything bigger than that, like new NPCs, or new shit to build, or whatever, is all in the realm of DLC you'd pay for.

That's possible, but it's not probable to happen. Even because having sonething up your urethrea would hurt and bother you more than it would help you, especially because your dick isn't 100% erect all the time. So rule out that one.
And about the shitting part, well. I'm not sure if a whole waste processing station can fit in there to refine both urine and shit, even though the technology is already out there (that charity foundation Bill Gates got is funding a project like that, to spread waste processing stations to generate pure water).
Even though I bet that most soldiers/personnel would've asked to modify 'em "off the records" for the sake of comfort. Plus, it's not like they're supposed to stay with that on for a month. For example, NBC filters for gas masks can take from 1 to 3 days of exposure depending on the level of contamination; and that's exactly the span of a military mission, that way they get resupplied and their equipment doesn't screw up.
In my honest opinion, they probably have emergency ports for these wastes.
