It's good for fast weapons since your CC and killing power relies on many fast hits. Same applies to normal attack chance to kill instantly.
For slower weapons I'd rather take bloodlust.

Also, push for shields isn't as good as for everything else since their pushes already stagger stormvermin.
I'd still say stamina, ammo, and push are the general best traits and the rest builds around those. Although, on the other hand, for a handgun or an xbow I'd rather take more killing traits than ammo for smoother sniping since you won't snipe 24 specials before ammo anyway. Longbows still benefit from ammo since the hip fire is effective at close range.

The primary is a knockdown on rats. The secondary can slowly stunlock or you can pull the trigger while in the beam for a burst nuke.

The End Times thing said first that one of Sigmar's champions began to fight Archaon wit the Ghal Maraz. They were doing pretty good and then a Skaven scum killed the champion from behind and Archaon got upset.
Then he fought Karl Franz and rekt the shit out of him. He wa supposed to be the reincarnation of Sigmar and he didn't even held as long as the champion. Franz had the Ghal Maraz somehow.

Serious answer is most players dropped WHFB after they retconned the events of Storms of Chaosbasically a series of tournaments where 'the players decide the outcome' based on the results. GW ended up retconning it because Chaos got fucking annihilated and gave us 8e + The End Times after years of begging for an update to the game and maybe even the storyso players just stopped playing the game until GW unfucked it, however 'due to poor sales and reception of WHFB' they sacd the universe to make room for AoSbecause they can't coexist apparently.

For staff, I'd definitely say a Rune of some sort (lower overheat generation), less health loss from overheating, regrowth. Sometimes, faster attack speed can be good, but otherwise, hail of doom is good.
Then again, I only use Beam staff nowadays, so maybe my choices aren't the best.

You can read them on the wiki. The only ones I know are WH ES and BW. WH had captured BW and was escorting her somewhere to be doused at the stake or something and had hired ES to help, and they happened to be in Ubersreik at the time of the attack.

Short version is the elf followed a random grey wizard, the soldier is helping the witch hunter take the bright wizard to trial, and the dwarf is looking for a book that might help him find a lost dwarven hold.

I'd go so far as to say that swords on a BW are mainly for crowd control while your overcharge is cooling so I don't think you'd get much mileage out of headshot. Burn on the other hand seems like something that'd come in handy when slashing at groups of enemies.
