I have the worst time with Bri. Most of the time it's a tedious struggle that ends in me getting killed because I run out of viles. Her first form isn't bad, but I stress myself out when she starts her chip damage and laser light show.

Whatever you want, dawg. I've got an arcane build as low as 66 and as high as 98, and I can plenty of action on both. 98 allows you to play with people as low as 80 and as high as 120, so that's a good level point to shoot for if you like playing lategame stuff.
And honestly you're fine sticking with Cane/Saw Spear, just buff Vit and Arc and you're good to go. Fire Saw Spear destroys PvE.
