Movement speed in Skyrim/Fallout 4 is just way faster than Oblivion/Fallout 3. You can't really judge accurately using that.
Fallout 3's map used a 60x60 grid and was 17x17.
Fallout 4's map uses a 90x90 grid and is 28x28. That's way bigger.

I always play a Tactical sniper in my Fallout playthroughs. Sniper and Chinese Assult in 3, 50. Cal and Hunting Shotgun in NV. Main perks being Commando, Sniper, Silent Running, Bloody Mess, Adamantium Skeleton, and Grim Reaper's Sprint. I also enjoy having high Charisma to get better rewards and more dialogue. I plan on upping my Str for strong back and armor crafting further along.
Did I balance my S.P.E.C.I.A.L correctly for my playstyle? Thoughts? Was this post to autistic?

This guy fucking gets it. We live in a world where Bethesda is notoriously lazy. But, at the same time, Bethesda also has what is probably the largest mod community in the video game industry backing them up. Anyone who's been around for Oblivion, Skyrim, Fallout 3 and New Vegas should be able to extrapolate that modders will fix the issues in Fallout 4, just as they have in every previous Bethesda game since Oblivion without fail.
So I ask you this /vg/, why the fuck do you care who fixes something as long as it gets fixed? Does a third party fixing something instead of Bethesda have any impact on your game experience at all as long as you play on PC? Within a month after release there will be stable mods for first person POV, weapon holsters and other standing issues. Not to mention all the texture, mesh & lighting mods as well.
