It's pretty rare that you need empathy to play a game, I think. But spess is a game where you need empathy to play, at least it's that way on our server. Metagrudging, metagaming, killbaiting, not escalating properly in-character, IC OCKing, they're all signs that you aren't spessman material. Sometimes you're expected to get the short end of the stick, to get shit on, to lose. For a lot of players, that's an important part of the fun. It's the cost of playing a game as unique as SS13, you can't just play it like GTA(unless you get antag).
I think the only way for you to get better would be a reverse jobban, something like being locked into a role like botanist or doctor, a role where you're expected to service and help people. It's the part of the game you don't seem to grasp.

Here's an idea for a game mode, especially since its October
Slasher mode
Have an antag that is specifically about murdering the station. However they can only use a melee weapon (of their choice of knives and axes etc).
The catch is they're slasher movie resilient meaning they can shrug off stuns and knockdowns entirely or faster, do more damage on hit or grab and have a few spells (Dread slows players and makes them clumsy in an aoe, can temp disable lights or cause doors to jam, etheral jaunt for appearing behind people)
The slasher also doesn't stay dead, as the objective of the crew is either to survive or find the slasher's totem item and destroy that, but instead will rapidly heal from death after a short time.
If they're injured they heal slowly but get a huge heal when they kill someone. Alternately, they get stronger the more kills they get/heads they carry. If their body is destroyed it takes longer but they'll respawn on their totem at half health. If the totem is destroyed or removed from the station, the slasher will lose their powers and become vulnerable or outright die permanently.I know a lot of antags are already like this but just an idea for a variant

Give it xenoarch capability as an upgrade. Have it require diamond and such, but give it the excavation drill that you can set the height of how far you're digging, so it won't have to deal with the crappy aspects of switchin xeno picks all the time.
Make sure they're able to interact with field generators. At the moment you need to ID swipe a field generator before you can use it, that might trouble a borg since no ID.

Way too engiborg, also you're trying to make it do everything in science, which is not right. Cyborgs are supposed to have advantages and disadvantages. For instance, engiborgs can't repair APCs on their own, and mediborgs can't do virology or insert brains.
I would be cool with a Xenoarch borg, though, as a counterpart to the mining borg. That's more specialized and less "trying to do everything at once." Xenoarch alone requires enough items for a full cyborg module.
