Dual Universe is a procedurally generated universe where players can land on PG planets and build entire cities and spaceships.
Everyone plays on one server. You can edit the environment or add to it. You can build giant ships/space stations from scratch.
Currently it's on PC.

The PG in this is really impressive. It's not like NMS that's trying too hard to be different, it's very simple but fun. I hope they add a tribal element to this game so you could act like nomadic people. I'm really hoping this comes to console which would definitely wipe out NMS.
