Everyone you can get in the chapel besides the old woman
Bloodborne has a TON of characters that act friendly and civil towards you and REMAIN that way until death/their quest ends.
Overall I felt that Bloodborne's world was a lot friendlier than any Souls game, probably because there's a lot more plain randoms that you can turn into your bros instead of only basically lore-relevant characters.
