You eat trash "food", probably get no exercise and sun exposure at all. Try to make a positive change, i.e just drink green tea instead of energy drinks the first 2 weeks, add in some light calisthenics/jogging the next 2, etc. Also look into supplements like vitamins/essential oils.

Today is my last day of being a NEET, i got a job (not gonna get paid a lot, but is an office job), it's has been a pretty weird mix of anxiety and comfyness this years. I hope this is for the best.
