I haven't played in weeks. And starting in August, there's a wave of games releasing I've been waiting ages to play. I think the Final Splatfest may be the last time I play Splatoon for a long while.

I wonder how the people who came up with the concept feel. On one hand best new Nintendo IP and I would say best game in a long tine, uniqe too.
Other hand, they are now going to have Nintendo expect a lot from them/more pressure and higher standards.

I sorta hope not, I'm really curious to see the final stats for each region. Can't wait to see which maps are used too.
What I can see happening is that there's a winner, there are some bants, and then everything goes back to normal just like always. It would be awesome if they rigged it and made a tie, or if the Squid Sisters broke up because of it and you have to see what happens next in the sequel, but I can't really see them putting in that much effort.
