about to play this on PC for the first time. I've 100%'d it on console before, so I might as well use mods. what are some recommended ones? I'm going to be playing an argonian pilgrim, as per that one roll picthat I didn't save

The only mod I ever used for Oblivion was Thief's Arsenal. Best mod.

Even playing it vanilla is mega comfy anon, the forest and bravil were nice and I'm due a play through myself.

I'm gonna try and stray away from sneaky assassin type character builds this time as I always tend to make poisons and rely on sneak and ranged.
I neglect magic classes that aren't destruction, so conjuring and maybe mysticism would make for a challenging build this time.

(whatever the mod is called that removes the magic item plastic wrap effect)
Better sneak attack (because you should be able to fucking kill someone in their sleep)
G-loot
Enchantment unlocker (it's broke as fuck but if you've already played the game you probably don't care and just want some fun)
Open Cities
Unique Landscapes (all of them)
That one mod that increases the grass density (better grass?)
Darker Dungeons
And cap it off with some sort of LOD fixing mod
And of course whatever mods are the current standard for HD textures
