If you're more interested in Nintendo's first party titles, then the NX. If you want AAA games and third party Japanese games then the Neo.
Honestly there's not a lot of info on either consoles, and for all we know the Neo could just be a console that plays regular PS4 games in 4K, making it a little redundant to people who already have a PS4 and don't feel the need to upgrade to a 4K TV.

For now, getting a cheap PS3 gets you most of the valuable sony exclusives excepting for Bloodborne. Even P5 will be released on PS3 and possibly on PC in a year or two.

PS4 Neo. We don't even know what the NX is yet, and it could very well end up being as big of a failure, if not an even bigger failure than the Wii U.
