American version is ''One Third of Umbilical Cord''
Pal version is ''Third Umbilical Cord''
Which is nothing compared to the Bloodletting Beast's original name in Japanese, which is "The Origin of the Beast Blood'' and the Moon Presence which is along the lines of ''The Beast from another World'', not to mention they altered a few item descriptions one the day one patch and again in patch 1.10.
