Battlefield 4 honestly has the best tactical weapon ricing variety in any game I've played.
There's hundreds of weapons with a good dozen attachment options, and a few hundred different camo patterns.
As far as shooting feel, Nothing beats Max Payne 3. Most people might disagree with me because of it being a TPS, but seeing all the little things that happen when max shoots makes it feel almost like a real life action movie.
