I could tolerate Stand of the Week if the fights were actually good, but they don't get good until Cairo, and even then very few can compare to the fights in other parts. Polnareff is also the only fleshed out character, Jotaro is a great supporting character, but a boring protagonist, DIO is extremely overrated and the same type of stand nonsense was complete bullshit.

Except for king crimson which is really confusing stands have different powers, so they're all different but the basic rules are always there
1. One stand per person
2. Stands can be hurt only by other stands
3. Stands can go rogue
4. There's an arrow that gives stands but stands have always existed since long ago because it's family related
5. There's an arrow that makes stands reach it's ultimate form

That's just a common problem sith SDC because Araki hadn't decided how Stands would work exactly at the time. Hierophant Green uses at least three abilities over the course of the part. Passed that Stands are fairly consistent, save for a few exceptions.
