No. Intro to the new wave of class-based shooters.
Paladins, Paragon, and Battleborn are MOBAs. They have both a PvP and Pve element. While Paragon and Paladins are TPS, Battleborn is an FPS.
Overwatch, Lawbreakers and Battlecry (if it ever comes out) are "hero shooters" or TF2-clones. They are strictly PvP and class based. Each character has abilities like a MOBA but that's pretty much where the similarities end. Closer to SMNC.
Quake Champions is like a mix between a hero shooter and arena shooter. It has different characters with different stats but no special abilities.

I think it's more that even if OW's designs are a little generic, they're easy on the eye if nothing else. As opposed to "I could commit suicide by pinching my head with two fingers." and "Every cylindrical part of my body is 5 times longer than it should be."
